Vegan diva Mediterranean salad
This salad is so yummy and my husband loves it. Here is how I made it
First you need to get some shiitake mushrooms and marinate them in lemon juice, herbs, garlic, olive oil and a little bit of nama shoyu. Dehydrate them for 4 hours.
I processed two green onions and a whole yellow pepper in the food processor with the s blade.
Then I got some organic spring mix (more or less 2 handfuls) and placed it in bowl with the processed ingredients.
I added some sprouts extra virgin oil, raw vinegar and the dehydrated mushrooms....YUMMM
Tossed all ingredients and voilá!
