- Breakfast:
- Juice of 1/4 of a watermelon rind and all
- Ate the other 1/4 of the watermelon
- Lunch:
- Green smoothie made with 2 handfuls of spinach, 1/3 of a papaya and a banana
- Salsa and my raw tortilla chips (they are 811) :)
- Snack
- More salsa and raw 811 tortillas
- Dinner
- 1 mango
- 1/4of a papaya
- Marinated Portobello mushroom (no fat in the marinade) topped with marinara sauce (no fats added)
Today I got my Excalibur dehydrator on the mail... I have a nine tray one with a timer and I am soooo excited! I made some more raw tortilla chips, eggplant chips and carrot chips.... Going through my recipe books to find more low fat stuff to dehydrate! I am so excited!
